Video Studio - Will it allow us to rotate film???

I am looking for software that will allow me to edit the movie taken. I have a situation where in the same scene the camera is held in vertical position, then rotated to horizontal and back again to vertical position. When I view the film, we have to turn are heads sideways to view part of it. Does Video Studio 11 allow me to fix this by rotating sections of the film.

If not, any suggestions?

Yes, you can rotate the clip in 90 degree increments.

But do remember that when you do that the aspect ratio is now wrong and you must be prepared to live with black borders down each side or to have to crop the video to fit the horizontal dimension.
