Okay, here's the situation. I've got an AverMedia DVD EzMaker USB 2.0 to capture video from my old analogue camera.
Having rebuilt my system, I installed DMF 3.5, but it would only capture in black and white and would not allow me to change settings from NTSC to PAL. I reinstalled drivers, swapped USB ports (thinking it may be a problem with the EIO USB 2 card), rebuilt, etc.
As a last resort, I installed DMF 2 from the AverMedia CD that came with the capture gizmo and guess what . . . BINGO! Colour capture!
Has anyone else had this problem/know what the issue may be?
