I have a sony laptop with a bluray burner. when i insert a bluray disc into it, my machine locks up and i have to cold boot it to use my computer. i have called sony and they tell me to download these files but they dont work. anybody else out there with this problem? thanks

Try the followings.

Right clicks on the video window->Options->Video

then uncheck options in the Hardware Acceleration section and clicks on OK.
