Unable to Load Library
I am using the trial version of ULEAD videoStudio version 11.
When I try to render the video/slide show, it stops at 7% and says unable to load library. 19151:3:3.
What should I do?
Thanks

VS11 Plus - Unable to Load Library
I purchased VS11 Plus today as an upgrade to VS8. It seems to work really well during edits and previews. But, I have run into the same issue. I get the "Unable to Load Library" error when part way through the rendering process.jeremyalyea wrote:I am having the exact same issue. Anyone have any ideas? I have about 200 photos and 6 short video clips that I am trying to combine into one movie with transition effets between all of them.

Re: VS11 Plus - Unable to Load Library
I isolated the problem by watching the preview screen as the project rendered to identify the point in the project where the "Unable to Load Library" error occurred.Bruce5m wrote: I purchased VS11 Plus today as an upgrade to VS8. I found that the error occurred when the project hit a 3D transition called "Flying Flip". To that point in the project, I had used the F/X transition called "Cross Fade" with no problem.
Once I removed the "Flying Flip", my problem was solved and the rendering process was able to complete without error.
I am guessing that the transition library was corrupted during the installation process. If multiple people are having this problem - perhaps it is a problem with the VS11 installation routine.
Cheers

Re: VS11 Plus - Unable to Load Library
Thanks Bruce. I think you are on to something. In fact all of the "Flying" transitions are corrupt in my version. I am watching the file as it is rendering and each time it gets to a 'flying' transtition I get this error.Bruce5m wrote:I isolated the problem by watching the preview screen as the project rendered to identify the point in the project where the "Unable to Load Library" error occurred.Bruce5m wrote: I purchased VS11 Plus today as an upgrade to VS8. Same Error [19151:3:3] with VS9
I am getting the same error with VS9 but have not isolated it as of yet to
a transition problem.
I have an open post with the Forum.

When I saw that quick time manually must be downloaded and installed for smartsound to be working I decided to install the applications of the bonuspack I first didn't intent to use.
After installing WinDV 8, included in the bonuspack of VS11+, all the transitions seems now to work in VS11, included the flying and albums transitions.
My OS is Vista 64bit ultimate

answer Ulead Tech
I just got the answer of Ulead.
Question/Problem: When using flying transitions from the 3D library or any of the transitions from the album library, I can't see a preview of these transitions in the preview window. When clicking on "customize" in the effect tab window I get every time the error "unable to load library 19151:3:3". I got this error also when rendering, no matter the format of file to be created.
-------------------------------------------
Please download the following files and install them in this order:
1. Microsoft .Net Framework
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en
2. Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en
after installing, restart PC then reinstall MovieFactory
