Hi all.
I have a number of DVD ISOs (basically my vacations videos) and now I would like to work on them with VideoStudio 11 Plus.
So I downloaded Daemon-Tools and mounted those ISOs on the virtual DVD device... But VideoStudio does not detect the virtual DVD device... When I click on Capture > Import DVD/DVD-VR only my *real* DVD device is listed within the combo, not the virtual device...
Up to VideoStudio 10 (on Windows XP) I was able to do that... Now I am using VideoStudio 11 on Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit...
Is this a compatibility issue between VideoStudio 11 and Vista?
I also tried other DVD emulator softwares (like MagicDisc) but the result is the same...
Anybody else is experiencing this trouble? Is there a workaround?
Thank you guys,

Thank you sjj1805, byt it is not so easy... The fact is that my DVD ISOs are in DVD-VR format (this format is used by my Sony videocamera), so I cannot use the "Import DVD folder" feature, because the format of folders on this DVD ISOs is not the standard one.sjj1805 wrote:The virtual drive software I use creates a drive letter on the Hard Drive.
Simply use import DVD folder then navigate to it.
Furthermore: my virtual driver software creates a driver letter too... The problem is that ULead does not see that driver letter (both in "Capture > Import DVD/DVD-VR" and "Import DVD folder", as you suggested).
Any other ideas?
Thank you very much for the collaboration.

I think the problem you say you have is that VideoStudio cannot see the mounted folder and thus preventing you from importing a DVD Folder.
I just tried this with a file on a mounted folder and it works.
Copy / Paste.
So you can copy the entire Mounted folder to a real folder on your hard drive, one which VideoStudio will be able to see and then you can import from there.
