Problem with Smart Download & PI 10 ESD...

Smart Download updates its list properly, but when it goes to download much of the ESD content (Paths, Objects etc. etc.) it says it's downloading, lists the files as it tries to download them but it actually downloads (and reports) 0 bytes.

There's an earlier thread on this. The FTP site listed there will solve the problem for you.

Sorry, but installing those files did not work on either of my systems. The files were copied to a PI install sub-folder, but are not usable from within PI itself.

I'm having the same problem. After I click on Component Designer, I choose one of the banners, then download, and program goes through process of retrieving all of the files but does not download any of them.

I would appreciate any help anyone has to offer. Thank you!

I finally was able to download components file from website, but this still doesn't enable me to use Component Designer...I'm still getting window that requires downloading files...and they still won't download.

Also, I installed Components file, but I can't find where it is installed.

Someone please help. Thank you so much.
