adding mouse rollovers to html

I am trying to add one of the photoimpact 8 mouse rollovers (the little car) to a friends geocities website, I managed to find the html text which I saved in wordpad, but could not figure out what they wanted me to copy/paste into the html code on the website. Nothing they said to use seemed to work. Right now, all I get is a little 'x' (broken photo) where the car should be, but if I click on the 'x' it does take me to the webpage link it is supposed to. I also uploaded all 3 versions of the car to the files area where the rest of the website photos are kept. Can anyone help me?? I never seem to understand with java script what to transfer to the website.
