DMF6:How do you change video in a theme

I've recently switched to DMF6 and like the themes in the edit room. I have applied the general theme to my content and DMF has automatically created a clip to be shown in the intro from my video.

How can I change this clip, i have deleted the automatic one from the timeline but can't find a way of inserting a new clip in its place.
