Sharing back to camcorder issue with VideoStudio 11+

I'm using the trial version of VisualStudio 11+ with my Canon HV20. I'm just
playing to see how it works. I captured 2 clips and then did:

1. Share
2. HDV Recording
3. HDV 1080i-60I
4. created a video file
5. then recorded to the camcorder

Everything previews correctly and looks right. But, the camcorder stops recording after the first clip. It kind of goes blank and records nothing after the first clip.

I tried starting a new project and just using the file that was created for sharing back to the camcorder. It has both clips and everthing looks fine until I record it back to the camcorder. Again the camcorder doesn't record anything past the first clip.

I have:

XP Pro Service Pack 2
512 MB Ram
Celeron 2.40 GHz

I'm working with HDV from a Canon HV20

Should I purchase it so I can get support?

It's frustrating to be so close to being able to use it.

Have you done a search of this board for the Canon HV20? I believe other users with VS11 may be reporting problems...

Yes, I searched far and wide. I didn't see anybody mentioning recording back to a camcorder. Maybe, they didn't get that far.
