Video capturing error

Post by julius »

Morning to everybody.
It's already the third time I'm writing my help request, but I haven't received yet a good reply. My problem, my real problem is video capturing through a USB device from analog sources with VideoStudio Plus 11. I can't capture and record anything because a strange error message appears by saying "Cannot start the capture graph." What does it mean? There should certainly be a way to fix that incredible issue for a great software like VS 11 Plus. So. who is able to help me and fix the problem? I'll be grateful to the one is able to help me indeed for that kind of problem. Hear you soon. :?

Check the Ulead Website for MovieFactory and you will find a compatibility list (Sorry cannot give you a direct link, I am at my workplace and unable to access the Ulead site)

Perhaps you could also identify that device you are using to our forum members so we might be able to offer some solutions.

VS, being software, would only be able to capture what is coming in on the input port. Your error message indicates that there is no recognizable incoming signal.

If a storm knocks down my antenna and as a result I have no TV picture. is my TV at fault?

Make sure your capture hardware is connected properly, active and functioning as intended. You might find that capture will now work.
