No Picture in Fullscreen & Picture Overlay in Menu

I have been using WinDVD for quite some time now and never had this problem. But all of a sudden I cant watch movies in fullscreen anymore. The screen will just go black and in windowed mode, the picture will shine through the right click menu. I tried different setting with the hardware accelaration but no luck. This problem only occurs with WinDVD.

What could be the problem?

Version is: 8.0 DXVA B06.072
