How do I give a reflection to an Image?

I've seen this many times and I need to know how to do it.

I want to cut out the image and create a slight reflection, like it's sitting on a clear or white table top.

I've seen them with a small drop shadow and the reflection, that is the look I need to creat.

I'm still using PI6 as well.

Any help would be aprecitated.
