First, you have managed to create a new thread when you should just have put this one in your existing one. Hopefully one of the moderators or site admin people will be able to marry them back together...
Second, you were asked in that other thread to provide lots more information on which we might be able to base some suggestions. You still have not provided that information.
Third, I am not sure that your new problem is related to the original one, though you claim it is. In that one, the problem seems to be associated with the application of video filters. Here, however, you say your problem is that the file is somehow 'shut' by your video camera. I am not sure what you mean by that. How does a camera 'shut' an existing file on your computer?
As far as the camera goes, I cannot find a reference to one which is simply a Sony DCR80. Do you mean it is a DCR-SR80, which is a hard disk camera?

VS11+ ; a bug maybe ?
In the first case , the original file was in avi format which was captured from an analogue camera. I thought this caused the problem. Then i tried the same operation with the an mpg file which was shut by Sony DCR-SR80 (hard disk camera) and then transferred to VS11+ , but i have the same problem. Yes i did not supply enough information for avi file but there was sufficient information for mpg file for which the problem persisted.
