i had bought ulead uvs 9 hd but after inastalling it,0x7c145b89 out of memory
0x00f4b338 had appeared state that i driver.exe...what does it mean?
install uvs 9 hd

An error like that "out of memory" is about the only error message that is self explanatory. It could be your RAM memory is not sufficient, so you would need to increase the amount of RAM, or it could be due to the Page File (commonly referred to as the Swapfile), may not be large enough. However without knowing something about your system we can only guess.
