Cannot start VideoStudio 8.0 SE

Hi,

I have Video Studio 8.0 SE CD and have recently installed on
new Windows XP SP2 PC. But, every time I launch the program,
the splash screen shows up and it stays 1 or 2 minutes,
then it will disappear .

Nothing happens after that and No error comes up.

I reinstalled it many times and installed support pack.
But no hope.

Could you help me out?
