Sorry, but you see we can't begin to help without something more to go on.

Please see http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=8959 and then we can try and help.

Is your RW disc erased? The burn module contains an erase button down the bottom for that purpose.

I have also experienced the grey burn button when I have used a particular brand of RW disc (Shintaro) which my burner (a Pioneer) apparently just won't recognise -- though another of my burners (an LG) has no problems with it. So with the Pioneer, I just use a brand of disc I know works with that driver (TDK, Verbatim).

Hi Ken,
Erase button and Burn Buttone still grey. I see Disc Type still "Empty" but DVD-RW still in driver. I think setting mess up. Last week I did create disc no problem. Now it is problem. I am thinking that I will have to uninstall it but I don't want it becasue I don't want to lost my project files

Steven, please leave me alone. It is my decision because I changed my new email address. You are complain about my users. There are nothing wrong. Steven please leave me alone.

Do you have any RW discs which are a different brand from the one you are having trouble with?

Danny you do not have to create a new user account when you alter your email address, simply update your profile

When you create a new user account it makes it more difficult to check your previous history of problems so that we end up going over old ground again and suggesting cures that have already been tried and did not work for you.

Regarding your current issue please view:
