Extra Content won't install. Why????

Hello boardmembers,

I recently installed Ulead Cool 3D Studio on my pc. After that i downloaded the extra content and patch for Cool 3D Studio Production. The funny and now frustrating thing is that i get an error installing the extra content. The error says it can't find version 1.0 from Ulead Cool 3D Production Studio. The 1.0.1 patch was no problem and even after that i get the same error. I really have version 1.0 installed on my computer. Does anyone have a solution for this problem????

You should:

1. Install COOL 3D Studio 1.0.
2. Install the extra contents.
3. Install the 1.01 patch.

Or you can contact Ulead Tech Support for the problem.

Contact Ulead Tech Support for they already have a fix for this problem.

Can't anyone tell me what the fix is cause i haven't had an emailreply from ulead about this problem.

They will send you a download link for updated installer file for the program.

You will get faster response if you call them.

The tech support account is been recognized by some ISP and e-mail programs as an spam sender so you might not get the mail from Ulead. If this is the case, you will need to use another e-mail account to contact Ulead.
