ULEAD Website Horror; Cannot get VS10+ Manual

What has happened to Ulead's website? Did they move it somewhere else? I cannot get past step 1 of getting the Video Studio 10 manual. Can someone point me to another link that might work? As of 9:45AM E.D.T. Wednesday May 2nd, it is not working beyond going to the support section without getting error 26.
HELP! Please!

The link for the v10 manual is obviously broken (all the others work). I would report it to Ulead Customer Service.

God Save the Queen, thank goodness for our friends in the U.K. and their backups.

That worked for me B.C., thanks! I've spent several hours pulling out my hair trying to edit some DV, and the manual should be a big help.

I notified customer support of the issue of the v10 online manual not downloading. Received a reply today stating that their server may have been unavailable at the time. It works now.

It is just verrrrrrrry slow...

It took over an hour to download what is a 14MB file using a DSL connection...!

And all there was, was a blank screen, which would have deterred most people. Then I noticed the Firefox progress bar creeping along, so I just left it and went and did something else. But ultimately it downloaded...
