Missing VS11 Plus User Manual !!

I purchased and downloaded the software and want to use the manual to figure out how to use some of the features (such as "DeNoise, DeBlock filters, for example).

I tried to download the VS11 manual from Ulead's web site but the link is dead. Here is the link:

Anybody have any idea how to get the manual?

I downloaded it yesterday just to have a read of the new features. It did take quite a while though.

Cannot get Video Studio 10 Manual

What has happened to Ulead's website? Did they move it somewhere else? I cannot get past step 1 of getting the Video Studio 10 manual. Can someone point me to another link that might work? As of 9:45AM E.D.T. Wednesday May 2nd, it is not working.

Thanks for the replies. Regarding the manual I was looking for, the problem is solved. My browser was blocking the FTP transfer. I used an FTP program and it downloaded fine. Thank you.

Regarding the question fromn johnnyelectron, I also could not download the older VS10 manual and unlike the new VS11 manual, the older ne is http versus ftp. The "HTTP:file not found" message seems to indicate that the Ulead server is not set up properly, rather than a problem on the user side.

Yes, I answered him to that effect in his original thread. I also notified customer support of the problem.
