I have Ulead VideoStudio 10 Plus installed.
How do I do to install additional menus, backgrounds, etc?
How do I do to use these files of the Bonus CD?

You have to copy them to your hard drive. Then depending on if you want to have them available within VS, you need to Load them into a Library. The best way I've found for doing this is to create special Libraries.
For example in the Video Library, create a new library called Bonus Videos. Then within that library, click on the Folder looking icon (Load video). Then browse to where you copied the bonus video content, select them all or the ones that you want. Thumbnails will be created in the library linking to those video clips. Repeat this for the other bonus samples.
