sjj1805 I tried the last fix you gave me (the one with -a and -deleter) and it worked great. I now have VS 10 installed. I tried to activate the software but the message I got was it could not connect with the server. I think ULEAD maybe having problems with their server. I tried to get an upgrade price for VS 11 and could not get to the server that provides that info. Will keep trying later.
