Ulead Video Studio Not Responding

I have Ulead Video Studio 10, and I click the icon but it does not open. I tried the start menu, it didn't open. I even went to the file itself, and still it doesn't open.

I have uninstalled it and reinstalled multiple times, and it doesn't work.

I think I might be missing some drive that is needed to open the program. I have recently recovered my computer and before the recovery, Ulead VideoStudio 10 worked perfectly. After the recovery, however, Ulead refused to open.

Please help, I'd appreciate it!
