May I suggest waiting a couple of days, as stated earlier I was asked by Ulead to obtain some extra information from the original 2 posters.
That information has been forwarded to Ulead.

However we are in different time zones, I am in England UK whilst they are in Taiwan, so most of the time when its day here its night there and vice versa.

Still doesn't work for me. I just tried to place an order and when I entered the number I got: ! The coupon code entered does not exist.

So disappointing when I have this money just burning a hole in my pocket and Ulead/Intervideo/Corel can't fulfill their offer.

Yep, been there done that. I just tried again using manual entry and cut + paste. I have the Ulead DVD MovieFactory 6 Plus (Full/Box) [#300143985] in my shopping cart then enter the coupon number YUSXXXXX5 select "Use Coupon" and then get the reject message.

I have also tried a second coupon number I received which was sent to me which addresses PI12. So, two coupon number offers and neither works.

I do appreciate your following up, thanks.

This may or may not work, but dump your browsers cache. I run many shopping carts and sometime we have a customer who inputs their phone number in the wrong syntax. The cart flags the mistake and asked them to re-enter. At that point, no matter what they enter, it will not take it as the first number they put in is cached by the browser. Happens a lot with AOL people. Worth a try.

Thanks for the suggestion, I went ahead and cleaned the cache and cookies, sad news is that the coupon still doesn't work. I sent off an email to CS seeking assistance. Now we'll see if they respond and/or fix the problem.

It has gotten to be a matter of principle not just the coupon. The frustration of trying to get the company to live up to their offer is ridiculous to say the least. I will more than likely stay with the version 5 rather than getting version 6+.

Thanks for the efforts to help.

The 10% coupon should be working, both ArcAngel and Myself worked hard getting Ulead to fix a problem they had with their site.
The two forum members who originally reported the problem have since informed me that the coupon code is now working.

I can only suggest that you complete a customer services form.

Here I am still whining about the failed 10% coupon.

Steve, I submitted the CS form three times. So far I have not recieved any thing positive back. Just a couple of REALLY GOOD SUGGESTIONS like "resubmit it should be working". That is after I have already explained to CS about what happened on the last attempt to try the coupon. Typical response from someone not reading and only sending back a canned answer.

This is what happened:
While trying the coupon I made three attempts at processing the coupon. On the third attempt the order processed. I thought the coupon had also processed, it did not. The order processed with out asking me to confirm the purchase and as a result my credit card was charged full price. By the time I was able to get ahold of Element 5 it was the following morning. I asked them to cancel the order. I was told that I was not able to do that because the order had already processed. The only thing for me to do now is to refuse delivery when the item is presented to me by UPS.

I responded to your offer to your personal email address on May 9, i still have not received an answer nor acknowledgement. Thank you for the offer but you can now continue to do nothing as I have decided to refuse the delivery and get further ripped off by Ulead when I attempt to recover my money.
