I've got quite a few WMV files which I've downloaded from various sources and would like to convert these to MPEG-2 format. Every single one reads in OK but refuses to convert - the procedure hangs.
I believe there are two separate WMV codecs, one for playback only and the other for playback/recording. Since I'm playing WMV and outputting to another format I presume I'm ok with just the playback codec (which I believe I have installed)
I'd also like to convert Apple's QuickTime (MOV) format as well.
I'm running VideoStudio 10, many thanks.
