Which to use? (I bought MF4!)

Alright, I just bought MF4 and I am wondering which DVD option for DVD video to use-

DVD-Video or DVD+VR, DVD+VR, or DivX DVD?

I will be buying this set of DVD's:

if that helps to show which one to use...

Assuming you are using a conventional burner attached to your computer, DVD-Video is the one to use if you wish to create DVD's that will play on most players.

DVD-Video will let you play the video on most DVD players.

DVD-VR and DVD+VR are real-time video recording formats that are mainly used by DVD recorders.

DivX DVD is a data DVD that contains DivX video files, which you can play on DivX capable players.

MF4 is awesome so far! Still can't figure out how to get text menus to work though
