How do I reduce the BIT RATE of an MPEG2 in Video Studio ?

I'm sure it's very easy, but I just can't seem to figure out how to reduce the bit rate to 10Mbps.

Any help will be MUCH appreciated. Cheerio !!

In the compression tab set the encoder to MPEG2

What do you plan to do with the mpeg file :?: Will you be authoring it onto DVD disc, or just distributing it as a video file on dvd-rom? The reason I ask is that bitrate is out-of-spec for regular dvd-video.
