Problem with Ulead Too long

Hye, this my problem, which seems simple:

When I try 2 burn a video file with Ulead DVD Fatory 5 Plus, when I try 2 click on "NEXT", the loading is too lon, i'm still waiting...
As if Ulead was blocked. So I uninstalled and Installed again and again, always the same problem.

Please, can somebody give me help?

N.B: I'm sorry if my english is poor, but I think than Ulead Factory is better than Nero..
