Welcome to the forums,
As you don't state what OS you are running VS on, or anything about your system, I can guess that it may be a problem with DEP (Data Execution Prevention). For the solution please read This Thread.

Ok I tried what u said and didn't work.
My OS is windows XP. When I installed vs9 it worked but I had to uninstall it for some time because of memory space. My memory space is now fixed; I tried to reinstall vs9; installation completed but the problem is as I said before; When I clicked to view what was the proper error this is what I got:
C:\DOCUME~1\ADRIAN~1.GEJ\LOCALS~1\Temp\112_appcompat.txt

Tina,
I suspect when you say you had a "memory space" problem, you are meaning Hard Drive (storage) space problem. Memory is the RAM (Random Access Memory), and anything in RAM is stored temporarily. Programs are installed on the HDD (Hard Disk Drive), which is considered a storage medium.
The reason I mention that, is a problem with Memory could be caused by drastically differing things then a problem related to HDDs.
Try clearing out your Temp Folders. C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Local Settings\Temp. Delete everything inside this Temp Folder.
When you installed VS9, did you install it to the default location, or did you specify another location to install it to? Then you may just have a corrupt install, so try doing a complete un-install/re-install. Ulead programs leave a lot of files behind. So just doing a simple add/remove programs from the control panel and then re-installing may not correct some issues. Instructions can be found here : Re-installation of Ulead Products

will take you to a short tutorial, explaining how to find and complete that information. This way it will always be available, and will save you from retyping it in the future.
