After following your last instructions I made all the necessary changes
making sure all the properties are all the same I burned the project to a
dvd and the final product is once again jerky and slow. IT kinda looks like the project is too big and there is not enougth memory space. But my project is only about 25 mintues long and I have about 15.8 GB left on my computer.
Any more thoughts?
Where can I get a straight answer ..............

Just an observation but going by your final file size of approx 690Megs and the total duration of the video I come out with an average total bit-rate of approx 3500kbs. This would account for the poor quality of the video.
The video appearing jerky could be your de-interlacing it while capturing. This makes the video frame_based and you will lose the true motion in the video.
I would try re-capturing again and check all the capture settings. Make sure to capture at the highest quality settings and capture the correct fielding.
If you have a de-interlace option in the capturing software set this off or none. You don't want to de-interlace the captured video.

tried again still the same
I tried again to burn the project, I am still having the same problem. Is there anything else that I could have done wrong, could it be my computer, any suggestions would be really appreciated.
Possibly send the video to Ken?
What about sending the project to Ken or SJJ1805? Maby if they saw it first hand, they could figure out the problem.
Just a thought..
