MF4 - enhanced menu designer

I thought that it was worth highlighting the new very flexible menu design capabilities of MF4. That alone is worth updating for.

Once you have the required number of menu buttons, by selecting an appropriate template, you have complete freedom to change.....
- the position of buttons,
- the size of individual buttons,
- the position of text boxes in relation to the associated button. (They can be locked together, and moved as one, if you wish)

And, it is a lot easier to select layouts and button styles as they appear in a scrollable window, with slider control, which replaces the time-line window at the bottom of the page. Very quick and easy.

Hope this is of interest to users of previous versions.
