Cant burn DVD in VS8

I have created a movie and saved it as a MPEG file. When I go to create a disc and add the file it works fine then wjhen I go to output - the following message comes up

Unspecified error
Report ID: 0x8004041c (1052)

Any idea what this means and ghow to resolve. I have downloaded the latest patch on the Ulead site and must say I havent used this software for some time now probably 1 year or so and it worked fine then

Any advice would be appreciated

we need somemore information from you including your system specifications and workflow, details of MPEG file source and output settings.
