PB conversion from mpeg2 to divx6

hello i am a french and i've a pb for a conversion from file mpg2 from a tuner TNT (PCTV310i) to divx6!
With the version 5 of DVDMF when i want converse there is an error !

when there is the error the time in back run fast !example 20:56:00 100:46:00 500:48:00 2597:00:00 ...

Why

With the version my 4 is OK !!

the version i've had downloaded from official site ULEAD !!
