Quality of piture on compl and comparison of MF6+ And VS10

Post by Scotty72 »

I have just finished my 30 day trial with MF6+ and was about to buy but decided to test the Video studio 10+. Can anyone tell me which they feel is best?

I have noticed the image quality is not as good when i capture it to my PC as when I play back the mini dv tape on the camera through the tv it is clearer than the DVD finish i am getting. Am I doing something wrong? This only seems to be the case on the fast moving footage as I have been making surfing DVD'S. The normal land base scenery footage quality appears similar to the tv playback.

What will give me the best quality picture for fast moving footage?

I have used the MPEG format should I be using AVI ?

Sorry about all the questions plan on doing heaps of DVD's so just want to get right from the start

If you plan on editing your videos then you need to consider VideoStudio.
Version 11+ is about to be released but currently there is a 30 day trial of VS10+ available
