No capture drivers available in this system.

I bought new of Ulead DVD MovieFactory 3 Disc Creater, and I got message said " No capture drivers is avalable in this system [13011:2:1]" when I click the botun of Capture video after I installed it. I do not see anything what I do anything wrong on install this new I bought just now. Could someone help me how to fix it. Thank you so much for your time and attention.

First, check to see that you have either a firewire or usb camera or capture device installed and ON...or a pci capture card installed in your computer. If you have none of these, ULead will not be able to detect anything.

How are you trying to capture? From a camera or another type of device? And remember the camera must be connected and turned on (to the "play" setting), if that is what you are using.

I use Firewire to connect from camera to PC, and turn camera to on (VCR), and then Open Ulead DVD movie
factory 3 Disc Creator, then click Capture Video botun, then I got this meesage said "No capture drivers is available in this system [13011:2:1]. Am I doing something wrong? Please help, I am unhappy now a little with thie product. Please help. Thanks for your time and help.

In the capture stage,

Select Advanced Settings->Select Device Control and change the Current device setting to MS-1394 and then click on OK.
