MF 3 SE - source file error 5003

When I try to burn captured MPEG-2 files, *after* the video conversion and menu creation, just before the recording should start, I get the following error:

Sorce file had some problems! Error (5003)

Followed by:

Cannor open file Error. (14252:1:0)

All MF patches installed. My files were captured by Winfast PVR (TV tuner application) and they work well with other software like Nero Vision.

What I have tried so far:
- I captured some files using different profiles in Winfast PVR: MPEG-1 VCD, MPEG-2 SVCD, MPEG-2 DVD, MPEG-2 custom, 1 minute each. They all worked well in MF
- but when I captured a whole movie (using the same settings as proven on any of 1 minute samples) it doesn't work. Does the lenght make the difference?
- the same errors occur if I try to record to DVD, create iso image or just create DVD folders on hdd

My OS and hardware:
Win XP Pro
WinFast TV2000XP Expert TV card
WinFast PVR (latest) and bundled Ulead MF 3 SE with all patches

If you capture your video in DVDMF (not in WinFast PVR), will it work?
