I have DVD Movie Factory 6.0. Please help me with the following.
I want to create a menu and submenus. For example, when a person views the DVD, he/ she would have the main screen/menu come up with 3 main Headings (Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles) „³ if the user selects Cars then he/ she would get a screen/menu with all the Cars listed on them (I would have 15 different cars listed) „³ the user could then select a car and view the video of it.
Also, I need for each screen to have the user the ability to go to the main menu/ screen. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Welcome to the forums,
To create Menus and Chapter Menus using your example you would need to do the following.
The Main Menu:
3 Video Clips, Cars, Trucks and Motorcycles, would be on the main timeline. Now you need to create Chapters for each Main (Title) video clip. Then you would have the option to have Chapter Menus. So when one clicks on the "Cars" main menu, they are taken to the "Cars" Chapter Menu. The Cars Chapter menu could then have chapters set for example, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Cadillac, etc., then clicking on one of the Chapters (Cadillac) they go to that part of the Cars video clip.
Each Main title would be set up in the same manner..
Here is part of Steve's tutorial From Camcorder to DVD. In this section he explains the DVD menu structure.. http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic. ... 9591#69591
For the user to return to the Main or Submenu, they simply using their remote click on Top Menu, or Menu. Generally Top Menu takes them back to the Main Menu, where Menu, returns them to the last menu they were at, generally a Chapter Menu..

You click the Add/Edit chapter button as seen in this screenshot from DVDMF4DC - it has not changed much between versions.

Theres your answer then, neither of your videos are at least 1 minute long. In fact with such a short video a chapter would be a waste of time.
Chapters are simply 'Quick Jumps'
Imaging you have a 2 hour film. half way through watching it some visitors arrive and you have to turn the film off. later they leave and you decide to resume watching your film. It would be a pain having to fast forward through that film to try and find the place you were at.
So the boffins invented Chapters so that you could quickly jump to that point or somewhere nearby.
