Where are extra-content files for MF4?

Post by michalvogl »

I've just bought MF4. I downloaded main program (95.8 MB), but I have no link for download extra-content files (345 MB). On Ulead web is infomation that link is in conformation email, but it isn't. If somebody knows where are these files, please tell me.

Thanks

If you have a look at

http://www.ulead.com/dmf/esd.htm

you will find the following contadictory information. They have recently inserted the first sentence, but left the second.

--------------
DVD MovieFactory 4 already integrates all components, there are no additional files to download.

DVD MovieFactory 4 - FREE Extra-Content Files! If you purchased the download version of DVD MovieFactory 4, you can download free extra-content files via the link you received in your order confirmation email.
-----------------------

There SHOULD be an extra content file because MF4 contains very little template data. The saving thing for some is that you can copy the UFO files from the template directory of older versions of MF.

Hopefully the extra content will be made available soon.

All MF4 purchasers should put in a request for more template data to Ulead customer Support.

I upgraded to version 4 two days ago and received the download link for both the main program and the extra content files on screen immediately after purchase. I also received an e-mail with both links. Using the links I successfully downloaded both. The extra content is about 335 MBs.

Thanks John,

now it is OK. If somebody have problem open FTP by IE, is better to use Total Commander or something else.
