I tried uploading some stuff to videographics.info, but their ISP seems to be having issues. The site kept timing out, even on small files. And it's slow to access.
Is there some place else where I can upload objects and projects?
I bought the student edition of 3DS Max for the sole purpous of converting .3DS files to work with Cool3D PS (kind of sick, huh?) since the import feature for .3DS files bites. I've been able to successfully get files re-exported from 3DS Max properly so that textures and such import.
I downloaded a hundred or so free models from various sites and successfully converted around half so far. I'd like to share them, if possible. I'd put them on my site, but I'm hitting bandwidth limits as it is with other stuff.
Sharing files...

Dave you could try https://www.mediamax.com/Brands/All/Welcome.aspx. Some of us have been using it to upload and share files..

I've been able to successfully upload to Ken's site. I'm limited by the total number of files I can upload each day and Ken needs to review them first. But hopefully within a few weeks there will be 40+ items available.
I'm also limited in the size of files I can upload, so some of the more detailed stuff I'll have to find another home for.

Ken has increased the upload file size for me.
So I can upload larger stuff there. Also, he created a DirectX section for me and I'm uploading some DirectX stuff that should import into Cool 3D 3.5 as well as C3D Studio.
Many thanks to Ken for giving me a place to put this stuff.
And I hope to start seeing submissions from others (hint hint).
