Here's what I would like to do while using msp 8.0
I have this video of a tree on the right and a blue sky on the left.
I want to add the same video but with the picture fliped so the tree is on the left and the blue sky is on the right. and have both videos like playing at the same time.
How do I do this?
Flip the video?

Burgers FX Bench has a video filter that can do just that...

Vidoman, Whoa. Thanks sooooo much for this! Seriously made my week.
I just downloaded the whole collection file. But which one of these will make the picture be flipped?
Also the transition effects, I'm having a hard time to apply them to the video.
Like the effect Bloom--Burg, How do I apply this to see it?

With FX Bench, which are video filters, you simply apply it just as you would any other filter. Just drag the FX Bench icon to your clip, then clicking on the Customize Dialog icon you will then see the many different filters that Burger has to offer.
The transitions are applied the same way you apply any of the transitions included with MSP. You should see a Burger's Transistions catagory. Overlap your clips, then drag the Bloom transition to the transition between the clips. You can then further customize it. I also think it is a cool transition to use.

Hey thanks sooo much for the help.
But how do I make the bloom burg effect widescreen? When it finishes the effect it goes past the black widscreen and is really visable.
Which effect allows me to to flip the video. Like make the tree on the right be on the left.
And also with the transitional effects how do you apply them properly?
Could I add then anywhere on the timeline without having video overlaping another video.

I don't have a widescreen TV or monitor so I've not tried the Transitions in 16:9 video..
. Hopefully the author (Stephan Burger), will read this post and offer some help. Stephan is a member of this forum, and does appear on occasion.
The Video Filter that allows you to flip the video, states Flip Video Horizontally. To apply it, in your Production Manager go to Video Filter, expanding it so you see all the filters. Just like in the screenshot, there should be a filter called Burger. Clicking on it, you should see FXbench. Now drag that to your clip. Then just like the other filters, click on the customize Icon. That should open a customize dialoge window, that shows all the FXbench filters. On the left scroll down (they're alphabetical) to Flip Horizontal.
Here is a MSP project file (dvp), that shows how to use the FXbench Flip Horizontal. I've also included in the zip file, a rendered MPEG file, an example of using this filter.
The DVP file assumes that you have the example MPEG files supplied with MSP. It will ask for the VIDEO_1.mpg. I have used 2 copies of this file on Video tracks 1&2. I also used a Moving Path to create a split-screen to show a mirrored effect.
The file is about 8 meg, and will expire in 2 days..
Filp Verticle Zip File.
For the Transitions, in MSP8, your video clips must be overlapped. In earlier versions there was an effect track where the transitions were placed. However with MSP8, this was changed, to where you overlap the video clips to create a transition. There is still a method to use transitions the old way. Terry Stetler wrote a tutorial on how this is done. I can be viewed HERE
