Hello...
I have ALOT of original footage shot in 4x3 format. This contains many, many years of my three children growing up. I will need a new TV set very shortly and I know everything is going to the 16X9 format, so I will be buying that. My question is this. After I capture, edit, use wipes and fades with all of this 4X3 footage...When I am about to author my final DVD, should I still keep all of this in the 4X3 format or is there a way or another program to use in turning this into a 16X9 DVD? Remember, my new TV will be 16X9 and I will be watching my newly created DVD's on this. What would produce a better quality DVD (picture, performance and viewing pleasure). Keeping the final DVD at 4X3 or changing it to 16X9 for my new TV? Thanks in advance to your opinions and comments.
