Hi
I have the Samsung Digital Cam. I have installed Video Studio SE DVD on my computer. I hooked my camcorder to the USB and opened Video studio. All of that works fine but as soon as I press capture my computer restarts. My computer exceeds the recommended requirements for the program and I have installed all of the drivers that came with the camcorder.
Can anyone help me? Are there any other programs that I need in order to make this work. I just want to transfer the video from the tape in the camcorder to my computer.

Dos your camcorder have a firewire port, if so that is the recommended method of transfer from camcorder to hard drive.
