NTSC Project like default

I need to change the default formato to NTSC. I forgot do modify this information in the fist time that I open the program and I dont know how coaul I do it now. Thanks.

The Default format NTSC or PAL is set during program installation.
The easiest way would be to uninstall and re-install.
Be careful this time to select NTSC when the relevant screen pops up.

In fact, not just with VS, but with EVERY Ulead product, I am ultra careful, during installation, not only to select the TV system, but I also select my country. That way I am very sure that the program is set correctly.

(And before someone jumps in and says you can only choose one or the other, your first choice is your country. So I choose 'Australia' and the little circle beside it is given a dot. Then I move down to the TV system, and check PAL. The country choice is then grayed out but you will see your chosen country still has the dot beside it...)
