I guess that depends on how you want it to appear. I didn't see Tobie's clip as using or a part of the sex industry. Unless I missed something, it talks about how people think that the "betelnut girls" offer sex, however that is not true. Tobie's clip appears to be a documentary on that part of the Taiwan culture.

So I wouldn't say the clip is a promo piece for the sex culture. It is more so toward what may be a type of drug, that is commonplace and legal in Taiwan, and even with that, it is done just to document or show that culture, not promote it.

Thanks for the feedback. So it would appear that the bottom line is that VS10 does not separate the audio from the video track on the motion thumbnails so they have to be the same length. :(

When you create a DVD menu you only have one sound track for that menu.
You alter the audio track on the Edit tab
