WinDVD 8 still comes up with Create overlay failed. I tried the link step 1 netmeeting is not installed, step 2 hardware acceleration is full, step 3 I downloaded the latest video drivers and step 4 after running dxdiag and display tab direct draw acceleration is not available. Do I need another video card in my machine, please advise?
