Windvd 8 french canadian version ?

hi

i have windows vista ultimate 64bit french version, i have buy windvd8 and download the french version (the only french available) and when installing its say

your machine is not configurated for french (standart) download the french (canadian) version of windvd

can someone can tell me where to download this version because i can't find it on the site

i installed the english version and now its working and in french, really bizzare, i had problem registering but with the help of this board i manage to registered
