Problems Installing Videostudio Ver 10

I had a system crash a few weeks ago and had to reinstall the OS. (Windows XP Pro SP2) I have now reinstalled all of my other software except Videostudio 10 and MovieFactory Plus 6.0.
During the install and after answering the license statement and clicking "Next" I get a box that says "Setup could not find a file on the specified path or disk." The path where it is looking is (C:\Documents and Settings\Henry\Local Settings\Temp\pft1.tmp\Program\UVS1). I checked for the file and it is there exactly where it is looking. Under UVS1 there are 2 files one named Setup.exe and data1.cab.
I thought I might have a bad download so I went up to Digital River and paid for the extended down load service and downloaded a new copy with no problems.
I also went to (C:\Documents and Settings\Henry\Local Settings\Temp\) and deleted every tmp file that had anything to do with Videostudio and rebooted the system. Nothing seems to work.

Thanks for the reply sjj1805. I tried everything letter for letter. The error message I get is "Please insert disk 1 that contains the file layout.bin" I go to the path that it is looking for and the folder "uvs1" is there.

Is there anything you can suggest I try. I seem to have hit a brickwall.
