Welcome to the forums,
What version of PSP? I only have version 9 (the last Jasc). I have no problems using any of the particle effects. However I do not see any presets associated with the particle effects, pressing the "Presets" located in the upper left.
I can save/create a Preset from the alterations I make to the particle effect. Then it does show in the Presets.
When you installed Ulead Particle Effects, did you tell the installer to install it to PSP Plug-in folder?
