Which application to edit video_ts?

I have a video_ts folder with all the usual files: vob, ifo & bup.

I want to simply delete some material from various parts of the video and then burn the edited video_ts file to dvd.

I have no problem with the latter part, it's the deleting of parts I need advice about.

Which of the various products available will let me do the above, simply and expeditiously?

What you do is import the DVD into a video editing product, cut out the unwanted bits and create a new DVD (with new menus)
