activating?

ok well I had to delete my UVS10 and found out i couldnt re intall it due to the fact that can not find where i downloaded it to. So, I have my license and everything, I should be able to download the TBYB and enter my code into it to activate it right? Well I tried that and it doenst work, anyone else have any ideas to activate it?
