Just wondering if i can change the default prefix when capturing with VS10+, ie 'uvs070419-001'.
I just think it would make archiving much easier if i could set a prefix for each captured video, rather than doing it manually when there is 200+ clips.
Thankyou
Ryan

This is, for me at least, the most stupid weakness in VS, and I have tended to rant about it since I started using VS with version 7 about 5 years ago. One would think it would be absolutely easy to allow users to set their own names for files. Lots of other editing programs do it. But not Ulead....

You could of course create a separate capture folder for each capture, giving each a unique name.
This would identify the folder content.
Yep the captured files would still have the date format.
It is worth having a separate capture/working folder for your projects.
